In order to process your request an ORI must be provided to confirm you are an authorized Lau Enforcement / Criminal Justice Agency.
Documentation is requred to ensure that you are a current authorized agent of the agency being represented on your behalf. The contract must be submitted with request in order to fill the request in a timely manner.
A memo and or email from the agency you are representing stating you are authorized on their behalf to receive information along with the agency's ORI.
